- Desirable work experience as a recruiter or similar role.
- Studies in Psychology or any business-related field (Desirable).
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Knowledge in all components of full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, and relationship management.
- Demonstrate ability to source and attract highly qualified individuals through cold calling, advertising, networking, and referrals.
- Customer Service and technical skills or experience.
- Strong management of MS Office package and emails and recruiting software & social media sources.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills 80% (desirable).
