Outsourcing Services International (OSI) is a nearshore BPO provider of customer contact services, including operational and administrative staffing services. We excel at recruiting dedicated staffing resources that provide quality services at significant cost savings.

Outsourcing Services International is a company founded on November 1st, 2010, after identifying gaps in the technological market. Established in El Salvador, started with 22 full-time professionals. Their purpose was to provide foreign companies with highly-skilled, bilingual to carry out Remote Corporate Services.

Due to the achievement of the operations, In August 2011, the company needed to relocate to a suitable location, moving to the AVANTE building, the best area of El Salvador, close to the US Embassy.
